Гръдният кош пък е изнесен напред и вероятно лопатките са събрани – типичното инстаграм селфи с изпъчени гърди, издадено назад дупе и закачлив поглед (знам, знам, не ми се получава съвсем). Може би изглежда секси, но изпълнявана редовно и продължително, позата внася много излишно напрежение в тялото – в дълбоката коремна мускулатура, паравертебралната мускулатура, правите коремни мускули, някои от междупрешленните дискове по гръбнака. Тогава работим по раздвижване на лопатките и релаксиране на стегнати псоаси.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>А можем да я наречем и „офис стойка“. Гръбнакът е доста извит назад – в хиперкифоза. С думи прости: стоим изгърбени, на гръбнака му липсва мобилност да се разгъва. Това поставя и раменете в неизгодна, извъртяна навътре позиция. Подобна картинка се наблюдава при много майки, които носят бебенцата си, като се изгърбват, защото нямат достатъчно сила в горната част на тялото – в гърба. Изсулването на стола в офиса докарва подобна картинка. Помагайки на гръбнака да се разгъне и изправи, ще помогнем и на раменете да се изместят назад.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>При него движението от раменете – особено сгъването или това да протегнеш ръка нагоре, е ограничено. Какво означава това? Пресягаш се да вземеш чаша от най-горния шкаф, но не осъзнаваш, че изпъчваш гръдния кош, вместо движението да дойде от рамото. Това е ограничение, за което малко хора знаят, защото лесно се прикрива от компенсиращи механизми. Появява се, защото рядко вдигаме ръце над главата и съвсем никога не висим. Така, вместо да движим рамото, всеки път движим гръбнака и го „износваме“ в една конкретна точка/ставичка. Тогава трябва да поработим по мобилизиране на рамото.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Вземи една голяма хавлия и я навий на ролка. Постави възглавничката на лявото стъпало върху дясната страна на хавлията (или наобратно) и направи няколко малки стъпчици напред с другия крак, докъдето ти е възможно да стигнеш, като обаче тежестта на таза остава назад, върху петата на крака, който разтягаме. Стъпалата сочат напред. Задръж така по минутка на всеки крак. Прави упражнението няколко пъти на ден.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Постави възглавничките на двете стъпала върху навитата хавлия и се наведи напред, като същевременно избутваш таза назад и движиш опашната кост нагоре. Спри с навеждането преди да изчезне лумбалната извивка на (отзад на кръста). Ако тази извивка липсва, това означава, че тази част от гръбнака е във флексия и вместо да разтягаш задната част на краката, разтягаш мускулите на гърба, което не е нашата цел.  Задръж в тази поза колкото можеш, до минута. В началото опъването вероятно ще е доста силно, така че слушай тялото си, спри и после го направи отново.</image:caption>

Всяко от стъпалата ни е "надарено" с 33 стави и 26 мускула. За нерви, фасция и други тъкани няма още да говорим. Ефектът върху тези тъкани може да бъде пагубен.</image:caption>
